In the traditional fund administration arena, we provide transfer agency and fund accounting services to approximately 400 funds*, with over £33bn of assets under administration*.
Capita Financial Group is also the largest provider of Authorised Corporate Director services to investment managers**, where in addition to traditional fund administration, we take compliance and regulatory responsibility for the funds as the authorised fund manager approved by the Financial Services Authority.

These are long-established centres of excellence for the provision of Capita Financial Group services and harness common systems. In the transfer agency sector, we utilise systems including our in-house developed Utopia-V system which supports the full range of open, closed, wrapped and unwrapped funds. From a fund accounting perspective, our platform of choice is SunGard InvestOne for securities, which supports the full range of asset classes in the UK and offshore jurisdictions.
