Chris Addenbrooke - Chief Executive Officer
With a career stretching over 25 years within the financial services industry, Chris brings a wealth of industry experience into the business of Capita Financial Group. Chris was technical director of BWD Rensburg (now Rensburg Sheppards) from 1987 to 2001 and formed Northern Registrars in 1988 and was appointed Managing Director in 1988. Northern Administration and Northern Registrars were acquired by Capita Group Plc in February 2003.
Following the acquisition, Chris was appointed CEO of Capita Registrars, one of the largest profit centres of the Capita Group Plc, until 2007 when he was appointed CEO of Capita Financial Group. Chris has led a transitional change program within the company to re-engineer the whole operation to deliver a “best in class” operational service.
A key figure in the financial services industry, Chris has managed the design, set-up and implementation of large scale IT administration systems. He has also been involved with CREST since its inception and is represented on a number of industry committees.
Laurence Everitt - Managing Director - CFG International & Business Development
Laurence joined the Board of Capita Financial Group in October 2005. He is an experienced commercial director who has worked for several FTSE 250 organisations in senior management and Board positions.
Prior to joining Capita Financial Group he ran the Banking operations for Morse plc, specialising in the investment management segment. Amongst other responsibilities, he led the acquisition of the management consulting company, CSTIM (Morse).
At Capita Financial Group, Laurence has responsibility for all client development, client management, marketing and product development activities, as well as the CFG International jurisdictions in Gibraltar, Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.
Karl Midl - Director, Relationship Management and Product Development
Karl has been a part of the team at Capita Financial Group since 1995, when he was recruited as a junior Fund Accountant. Karl quickly moved through the ranks until 2002 when Capita subsequently acquired the firm, at which point he was promoted to the Board.
Having held the position of Operations Director between 2005 and 2007, Karl currently has Board responsibility for the successful implementation of Sungard InvestOne Enterprise Fund Accounting platform and a new workflow and image solution across all CFG operational areas, in all jurisdictions.
During the last 5 years Karl has been responsible for the Operational Design of the business and driving forward and implementing the automation of many operational processes. In addition Karl was responsible for the selection of our major outsourcing arrangements such as the supply of Custody and Trustee services in the UK and the transfer of specialist Fund Accounting roles to our operational centre in Mumbai.
Jackie Millan - Finance Director
Jackie joined Capita Financial Group as Finance Director in November 2007.
Jackie was previously Finance Director for Specialist Services, part of the Insurance and Specialist Services Division of Capita, which she joined in August 2005. Jackie has varied experience across a number of industries having formerly been an equity analyst in the telecommunications sector at Daiwa Securities and a senior manager at PwC corporate finance in London.
Having qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992, Jackie is responsible for all financial matters within the Group.
Christine Hayes - Operations Director
Christine took forward the Board role of Operations Director for CFG in November 2007 and she joined Capita on 31st August 2007.
Christine has over 20 years experience in the collectives industry, including operational, tax and compliance roles.
Christine was Operations Director for Northern Administration and was instrumental to the development of the business prior to the acquisition by Capita.
